TL 20&TL60 has an Integration of Imported Scissors with indigenously designed and developed fixture ensures the proper cutting of tapes for effective and reliable splice joints. The Fixture has 2x pins in 2x rows for different kinds of carrier tape. TL70 is idea for AI carrier tape.
The tape having one component ( big size ) between two holes, should be placed on top row and the three components ( Small size ) between the two holes will be placed in bottom row for cutting the carrier tape. This arrangement is fool proof to avoid component damage.

KHJ Splicing Tool (SMS-TL10) is a handheld tool will be used in Crimping SMD clips for splice joints. This ensures that SMD component tapes can be joined securely and quickly. A special brass shim (SMS-0600)) is crimped into the ends of the SMD tape, joining them securely, and allowing them to pass through the sprocket wheel of the feeder. Accurate alignment is achieved by placing the tape on the locating pins of the splicing tool.
